Hi, I’m Jayda- your instructor here at RISE.
Getting to where you want to be in terms of health and lifestyle is not easy, and I can vouch openly and honestly for that. It is most certainly a non-linear path, and trust me, I have encountered all the bumps along the way. Movement is a gift, and that’s why I, as a Pilates and Yoga instructor, feel so passionately about incorporating intentional movement into your life. Whether your goal is to build muscle, or to become more flexible, tailoring your journey to you is the most important component, and that is my intention with RISE. Fitness is no one size fits all, and I have learned this the hard way.
That is why it brings me an immense amount of joy to be able to get out a pen and paper, sit across from a person who wants to do good for themselves and their world, and embark upon a journey of self-care and true transformation.
Your health matters. Your mind, your body, and your relationship with both, matter. You matter.

My Approach
What began as a passion for Pilates has beautifully unfolded into a deeper understanding of myself, the people I work with and the broader world around me. We all want to be somewhere. We all have a desire or a goal, and I am here to show you that it is more than possible to get there. It just takes the right approach.

The practices we integrate into our daily lives make up the life we are living. There’s truly no such thing as a quick fix- patience is the highest practice there is.
